Once we receive the returned items, we will notify you and begin the recovery process immediately. However, it may take up to 20 days for the bank to process the payment in your bank account.
For customers who paid on delivery, your bank account details will be requested via email through our Customer Service to get your money back.
For customers who used a credit card, the money will be returned to the bank account used for the purchase.
Note: Service fees such as delivery charges and cash on delivery are not refunded.
