We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to make a return? Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. You are responsible for shipping the return at your own cost.
How do I make a return?
1. Please contact Customer Service on our site,or Use contactWhatsApp customer service 00905379934302 , indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack the return item(s) in their original packaging.
3. Choose your own logistics company and mail the package at your own cost.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or the tags are removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Items marked non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
1. Do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for sending back any Zeenatrend products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Zeenatrend Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return.
The refund will be issued to your Zeenatrend Wallet or the original form of payment as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
